When you work with us, you collaborate directly with the owner from proposal to execution, guaranteeing clear communication and flawless planning. By principle, we never take on more than two weddings in a single weekend, allowing us to devote our full attention to every detail, both big and small.

Our Booking Process:

    Filling out the inquiry form on the contact page is the first step. This form allow us to check your date against our availability and start gathering essential details about your event.

    We will contact you via email within 48 hours to confirm availability for your date.

    This email will also contain a questionnaire link allowing us to learn more about your event needs and style preferences.

    3. Proposal & Estimate

    Taking all of your responses, photos, and preferences into consideration, our team will put together a custom proposal. This proposal serves as a starting point for your floral design and will serve as a working document throughout the planning process. Changes may be made to the proposal as needed or as desired.

    4. Design Consultation, Final Proposal & Contract

    After you’ve had a chance to review the initial proposal, we’ll schedule a design consultation to further refine and lock in your details for your big day. Following the call, we’ll share a final draft for review and signature. A 30% deposit is due at signature to reserve your date.

    5. Final Design Meeting

    8-12 weeks out, we’ll schedule our final design meeting to review event details, make container and candle selections, and preview a centerpiece mock-up for final feedback.

    This can also be coordinated with your planner for a full review of your wedding details and tablescape design.

    This day is yours to enjoy, while we bring your vision to life. Our lead designer and owner will be present on-site to oversee everything, making sure every detail and petal is perfect. We manage floral delivery, setup, and breakdown for your event, allowing you to fully enjoy the company of your loved ones.

  • Our full-service wedding floral minimum begins at $6,000, with most couples investing between $8,000–$12,000 for comprehensive ceremony and reception florals. This allows us to provide a high level of design, premium blooms, and hands-on service from start to finish.

  • Full-service floral design includes:

    • Custom design planning and consultation

    • Sourcing premium, seasonal blooms

    • Creation of all personal flowers and event florals

    • Delivery, on-site installation, and styling

    • Breakdown and cleanup at the end of the event

    Our goal is for you to feel completely taken care of on your wedding day.

  • We recommend booking your wedding florist 9–15 months in advance, especially for peak spring and fall dates in the DMV and Virginia. Popular dates tend to fill quickly, and early booking allows for the most thoughtful design planning.
